At BKIND, we want you to love your natural skincare routine; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most products. Please ensure items are gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
